What it does
Calendars, unified
Hughesboro connects to each family member's Google Calendar and shows them together. An event that appears on six calendars appears once, with everyone's status on it.
Lists that know about time
Tasks carry deadlines and working dates, so what has to happen and when it has to happen live in the same place.
Built for one household
Hughesboro isn't a public product. It's a private system built and run by one person for a single family.
Contacts, yours alone In development
Your Google contacts, mirrored into Hughesboro and kept in step both ways. Private to you — not shared with the household, not merged into a common address book.
Files where the work is In development
Attach files to events, lists, and anything else. They inherit the permissions of whatever they are attached to, so access can never drift apart from the thing it belongs to.
What Hughesboro asks of your Google account
Connecting your Google account is optional, and you choose when to do it. If you connect, Hughesboro asks for:
- Google Calendar — to show your events and calendars, and to write back the changes you make here.
- Google Contacts — to mirror your own address book and keep it in step, in both directions.
- Specific Google Drive files — only the individual files you pick, through Google's own file chooser. Not your Drive.
- Your name, email address and profile picture — to identify you when you sign in.
You can disconnect inside Hughesboro or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time. What we do with each of these, and how long it is kept, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
